Fly to Laikipia - Arrival and Orientation

Morning flight from Wilson Airport to a Laikipia airstrip. Arrive in time for an afternoon orientation game drive across the plateau. Your guide introduces the conservancy landscape, wildlife corridors, and the conservation model that makes Laikipia exceptional. First game sightings expected.

Rhino Tracking and Conservation Briefing

Early morning game drive targeting Laikipia's rhino population - both black and white rhino can be found here. Afternoon walking experience with a ranger through open bush. Conservation briefing by the resident management team on community land use and endangered species programs.

Walking Safari and Nocturnal Wildlife

Full day designed around foot-based exploration. Morning walking safari along a dry riverbed, tracking wildlife prints and reading the landscape. Midday rest. Late afternoon game drive. Night drive after dinner targeting pangolin, aardvark, and nocturnal predators.

Wild Dog Tracking and Remote Terrain

Guide-led session tracking wild dog pack movements. Laikipia supports one of Kenya's most stable wild dog populations. Afternoon in remote conservancy terrain with low vehicle density and excellent elephant sightings. Optional camel or horseback activity for guests who wish to experience the plateau at a different pace.

Community Conservation and Bush Dinner

Morning visit to a community-managed conservation area bordering the private conservancy. Meet the rangers and landowners who protect wildlife corridors connecting Laikipia's ecosystem. Afternoon at leisure or short guided walk. Farewell bush dinner under the night sky.

Final Morning Drive and Return to Nairobi

Last dawn game drive across the plateau before transferring to the airstrip. Fly back to Nairobi for onward travel or international connections.
